This page describes how information submitted through the TangleGate contact form is handled during the product's private technical preview.
What we collect
The contact form collects the work email address you provide, an optional company or organization name, the type of enquiry you select, and the message you write.
How it is used
We use this information solely to respond to your request and to discuss evaluating TangleGate. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Retention and removal
We retain contact-form submissions for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer retention period is required by law or is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by replying to our email or contacting us at the address you were reached from.
Processing
Form submissions may be delivered through an external form-handling like Google Form service acting on our behalf. No account is created and no tracking or advertising profile is built from your submission.

Legal Basis
We process the information submitted through the contact form on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in responding to enquiries, discussing the evaluation and development of TangleGate, and establishing or maintaining business relationships with interested organisations. We consider this processing necessary and proportionate to these purposes, and we do not consider that it overrides the interests, rights or freedoms of the individuals who contact us. We limit the information collected to what is reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry and do not use it for unrelated marketing or advertising.
